Service Description
Course Description: Basic CCW and Defensive Pistol Course In this course, you can expect to learn ● How to draw from either the concealed or hip holster. ● Draw from multiple shooting positions. ● How to clear malfunctions ● Execute reloads under duress. ● Understand the difference between cover and concealment. ● We will also cover the legal and logistical issues faced in the defensive pistol situation. ● Finally the student will be offered several different drills and tools to use beyond the class. Course Prerequisites: None- Suggest student attended NRA basic pistol or similar course. Required Text and Materials: Students will need ● Pistol ● Holster ● 300 rounds of ammunition ● 3 spare magazines ● Eye & Ear protection ● Belt ● Hat and other weather-inclement items ● MantisX app installed on your phone ● Snap Caps ● A good Attitude and desire to learn!
